- For children below 3 years – Nil cost, 3 years to 6 years – 90% of the tour cost.

For FIT's/GIT's upto a maximum of 10 persons experienced guides will be provided at an extra charge of Rs.1500.00 per day; for GIT's with 11-23 persons guides would accompany the group at an extra charge of Rs.2,100.00 per day. For 24 persons and above guides would accompany at No Extra Cost.
After confirmation on the booking cancellation charges applicable would be as mentioned below:
- 22 days – 30 days : 05% of the total amount
- 11 days – 21 days : 15% of the total amount
- 05 days – 10 days : 50% of the total amount
- Last 4 Days : No Refund
